Research and experience demonstrate that it takes two years to change eating habits. Maintenance requires the continual practice of a new eating and exercise lifestyle. After losing weight, the new, smaller body size requires fewer calories than the previous larger body size. People will naturally regain weight if they do not continuously monitor their eating. Obesity is a chronic disease and must be monitored closely just like any other serious disease. It is vitally important that patients complete a maintenance program after losing a large amount of weight, because 85% of patients will regain their weight if they do not follow a monitored maintenance program.
One Year : $700.00 which includes monthly visits (up to two visits per month or weekly fee applies).
Six months: $400.00
*Please note that maintenance fees do not include medications or injections and costs of such are subject to change.
Your success is our success, therefore, you are encouraged to come in sooner than one month if weight regain is more than 3-4 pounds. The objective is to be weaned completely off of medications after undergoing a transitional period. If the need arises to restart medications or injections, these will not be included in the maintenance fee and will be charged a la carte. Patients may also pay per visit for maintenance if they do not want to pay for an extended period of time. All active patients must always carry a minimum deposit of one appointment on their account to ensure compliance with the program. Appointments are mandatory to ensure patient safety and to keep the patient accountable. Contact us for more information.
